Ecco, diciamo che il 2013 appena trascorso non è stato proprio l’anno di Johnny Depp.

Tralasciando la vita privata (per chi si è perso qualche puntata, basta spulciare il gossip e trovare notizie sulla separazione da Vanessa Paradis e la nuova liason con la bisessuale Amber Heard), dal punto professionale la stessa di Johnny Depp sembra essersi appannata.

In attesa che ritorni nel quinto capitolo della saga de “I Pirati dei Caraibi”, l’attore deve ancora consolarsi da flop planetario di “The Lone Ranger”, che ha quasi portato la Disney sull’orlo del fallimento. La portata del baratro è data anche dal fatto che per la prima volta Johnny Depp è finito nel gorgo della vergogna dei Razzie Awards, gli anti Oscar che premiano a suon di pernacchie i peggiori film dell’anno.

Con lui c’è anche Ashton Kutcher per “jOBS”, insieme a Sylvester Stallone (che con questa nomination raggiunge quota 31, mica male…) per “Bullet To The Head”, "Escape Plan" e "Grudge Match".

A parte le new entry Johnny Depp e Noami Watts (per l’incommentabile “Diana”), il resto della lista presenta nomi ormai più che familiari ai pubblico dei Razzie.

Sabato 1 marzo, ossia ventiquattr’ore prima della cerimonia di consegna degli Oscar ufficiale, i Razzie premieranno i film peggiori dell’anno.

Nel 2013 trionfò “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - parte 2”. Quest’anno la gara è ancora più agguerrita.
